Исходя из вышесказанного, целью данной работы является определение сущности письменной речи и специфики обучения ей как средству активизации речевой деятельности на среднем этапе обучения, а так же выявление уровня разработанности комплекса упражнений на базе УМК M.Harris, D.Mower, A.Sikorzynska “Opportunities” (Elementary).
