I must say, having crashed an exclusive party, trashing the place and just generally being obnoxious, I can see the rock-star in him. Although intrusive, he does crack me up. However, Rocky's boulderous personality would eventually become like a stone in my landlords shoe, which I don't think he will appreciate. Also, I would say that I am not exactly on steady ground with the local council so unfortunately I am between a rock and a hard place regarding the procurement of permits.
