In foreign trade transaction a contract is drawn up to give legal expression to the intentions of the partners and to guarantee that the obligations contained in the contract will be fulfilled. According to the purpose and contents, contracts can cover: goods, services, licences, patents, technology and know-how. A contract forms the basis of a transaction between the Buyers and the Sellers.

1. If during the guarantee period the equipment supplied by the Seller proves to have some defects the Seller undertakes to correct the detected defects or replace the defective equipment at his own expense.
2. The buyer is responsible during the guarantee period if breakage has happened on his fault.
3. The period of a guarantee can be expanded under the arrangement of the buyer with the seller.
4. Defects in the equipment are corrected during the period of a guarantee at the Buyer’s expense in a case if breakage has happened on his fault.
5. If the Buyer's inspector cannot be present on the appointed date, the Seller shall have the right to carry out the test without the Buyer's inspector.
6. The notification of the readiness to test is the document which send the buyer that his inspector has arrived on tests.
The Seller is to notify the Buyer about the readiness of the equipment for inspection and/or test not later than 15 days before the proposed time of the inspection and/or test that the inspector has had time to arrive to a place of test.
7. The Seller shall be responsible for any damage or breakage
of the goods that may be caused by improper or faulty
packing. The case in which the equipment will be packed, shall be marked
on three sides: on the top of the case and on two opposite sides.
DISCUSSING THE ARTICLES OF THE CONTRACT FOR PURCHASE BUILDING MATERIALS

The Letter of Credit is to be valid for 90 days, with the right of extension if re by the Seller. The payment for the goods is to be made in US dollars for 100% of the invoice value of Asbestos on presentation to the Russian Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs, Moscow, of the following documents:

In the event
of the change of the exchange rate of the US dollar on or before the
