Conclusion

Here I want to write about results of my course work. My main tasks were to present definitions used in the travel industry, analyze business activity of several Russian and international tour operators, to describe and analyze the structure of different tours, describe the history of tourism development. I think I have coped with these tasks. The development of tours is a complex and time-consuming process, as in the development process it’s necessary to take into account many of the little things, and every future professional in the tourism industry needs to know the technology development stages, as the personal of each tour operator company must be skilled in developing attractive tour product.
