The Ukrainian financial market is very young and is being built now. Its development fell behind the 80 years of global science and practice. That is why the aim of this article is to study the financial market of conditions of present economic transformations, when the state extremely needs for the qualified experts on book keeping and audit, management, which should be able to estimate all probable investment variants, to make the correct administrative decisions in conditions of fast change of a market conjuncture.
