Цель работы: на основе изучения организационной и правовой базы ценных бумаг рынке Республики Беларусь для расследования рынка ценных бумаг Республики Беларуси в современных условиях, выявить основные проблемы и определить пути их решения, проанализировать государственное регулирование ценных бумаг рынок, выявить проблемы и рассмотреть вопрос о реформировании системы государственной регулирование рынка ценных бумаг в Республике Беларусь.
Методы исследования: общий диалектический метод познания, сравнительно-правовым, историческим, логические и статистические методы, анализ, синтез, классификация анализ, legallistic.

Object of research - the public relations arising in the sphere of state regulation – securities market.
Object of research - the normative documents regulating state regulation of securities market.
Work purpose: on the basis of studying of organizational and legal base of securities market of Republic of Belarus to investigate securities market of Republic of Belarus in modern conditions, to reveal the main problems and to define ways of their decision, to analyse state regulation of securities market, to reveal problems and to consider reforming of system of state regulation of securities market in Republic of Belarus.
Research methods: general dialectic method of knowledge, comparative and legal, historical, logical and statistical methods, analysis, synthesis, classification analysis, legallistic.
Elements of scientific novelty: prospects of development and state regulation of the Belarusian securities market are defined.
Researches and development: theoretical aspects of essence of securities market, activity of stock exchange are studied, state regulation of securities market in Republic of Belarus was analyzed and generalized, problems and prospects of development and state regulation of the Belarusian securities market are revealed
Area of possible practical application: theoretical conclusions and practical recommendations can be used in activity of stock exchanges, vessels, and also in the course of teaching of a course of criminalistics in legal higher education institutions.
Economic and social importance of work: implementation of provisions of work in practice will promote optimization and increase of efficiency of state regulation of securities market.
